There are many advantages to having concrete mixed for you. In this way you can ensure that you get precise mixtures and are not leaving it to chance with your labourers. In addition, there is no need to store aggregates and sand; and there is no need to buy or hire concrete mixing equipment. You can also ensure there is no wastage or dust pollution.

At its on-site plant mixing facility there are three separate bins for aggregate – one for 20-4mm aggregate; another for washed concrete sand; and another that switches between 10mm and 6mm aggregate depending on demand. In addition, there are two cement silos, one for Phoenix cement and the other for OPC. This means that there is no risk of materials being inadvertently mixed and you are assured only the highest quality readymix concrete. Indeed all materials travel on a conveyor belt where they are passed to a pan mixer; and the water and admixtures are added automatically when the concrete starts to mix in the pan. This means that the concrete is freshly mixed every time before it is batched into the back of a waiting truck mixer.
You are also assured that your order will be exactly as you want it because Granitmix has advanced batching computer systems; and all design mixes are stored on the computer system with each mix boasting its own individual code.
